Meal options
2 meats & 2 sides — $22 per person
Meals come with a bun and barbecue sauce, delivered on site in a heated cabinet or insulated carriers.

Available extras
Paper or plastic plates, plasticware, and napkins — add $2 per person.
Service & payment
Buffet-style service, including serving food and post-meal cleanup: add 20% to the overall total.
A 50% nonrefundable deposit secures your date and event. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.
Sales tax is added to all orders. A 2% fee is added to credit card transactions.
