Smash Burger Heaven
Today the family and I went to the 29th Annual Snowmobile / SxS Grass Drags and Powersports Swap Meet in Belvidere and we decided to try out some smash burgers from the Rusty Drum BBQ food truck. I cannot express enough on how good these smash burgers were!!! I absolutely love smash burgers and I would honestly say these might be the best I’ve tasted!!! My wife and son agreed! We had the double smash burgers with a side of mac & cheese and a side of coleslaw. All delicious!! The burgers were actually so good that I got back in line again to let them know lol… The people inside were exceptionally professional with an incredible attitude (before I went back to talk to them)!!! I cannot wait to try more of their menu!!! Thanks again Rusty Drum BBQ!! We will be back!!!

Spicy BBQ Sauce
We ordered a single smashburger for our son, a large spicy mac n cheese side for our daughter, The Mac daddy with pulled pork & a grilled cheese with brisket to share. My husband liked the spicy bbq sauce, I liked the regular-it was sweet. The Mac n cheese with the regular bbq sauce & pulled pork was the favorite across the board. Would eat here again. They were quick, affordable, and the staff was super friendly.
